My
knowledge of Mr. Katsumi stems from my dealings with him as
the Service Manager of Beach Auto over approximately 12
years.
I had been
a loyal BMW fan for many years prior to Beach Auto losing
its BMW dealership. While I as an automobile owner
thought servicing was as important to a dealership as
purchasing, with the exception of Mr. Katsumi, most other
dealerships, if they agreed with this concept, did not
demonstrate it.
The
essence of Mr. Katsumi's finesse was his dedication and
devotion to both the clients and his commitment to the
service of their automobiles for which he exhibited a great
passion.
He not
only took a personal interest in the clients, but in their
automobiles. He ran the service at Beach Auto in an
organized and logical manner.
It was the
best service department I had ever been to up to until 1993
(when the dealership was lost). Since I have left, my
automobiles have been serviced by Land Rover, Audi and
Mercedes Benz. Mr. Katsumi's professionalism remains
superior.
I can give
a full-hearted recommendation about Mr. Katsumi with no
