I have known Don for more than 10 years in his capacity as Service Manager for Beach Auto.  I continue to be a customer, in large part, as a result of Don's involvement with the business and the excellent service and technical knowledge he provides.

I have continually been impressed at his attention to detail and efforts to ensure that all of his customers, including myself, are well served and advised.  His technical knowledge of cars and ability to ensure problems are resolved the first time continues to impress me.

He made it a pleasure to be a customer of Beach Auto and enhanced my enjoyment of the vehicles I have owned.
