In 1991 I
decided to purchase my first BMW. After talking to
several friends about which dealership to use, I chose Beach
Auto, principally because of its outstanding reputation for
service. In the years since, I have realized that this
reputation is based on the abilities of people like Don
Katsumi.
Don has an
outstanding knowledge of the cars and has a unique ability
to communicate with customers in a way that is easily
understood. He is quick to put his finger on the
likely source of any problem and has always ensured that the
job was done properly and to the customers full
satisfaction.
Don is the
best that I have experienced in thirty years of dealing with
service departments of auto dealerships. He would be a
great acquisition for any organization looking for that rare
blend of top notch technical knowledge with great people
skills.
