To Whom It May Concern:

I have known Don for the twenty years that I have owned BMWs.  During that time I can say that he has given me the confidence to continue the ownership of these fine cars for as long as I have.  Don Katsumi was successful as the Service Manager at Beach Auto while they were a BMW Dealer and is presently successful in his new venture.  In fact, I still drive from Sudbury to Toronto to service my car with him.  Don’s strengths lay in his technical knowledge and his ability to satisfy customer needs.
